Spend your days boating, swimming, and fishing right from the property, then relax in the hot tub or enjoy evenings by the fire.
Interior Features:
• Three comfortable bedrooms:
• Bedroom 1: King bed with large bay window overlooking the lake.
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed with large bay window overlooking the lake.
• Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk bed.
• Additional full size sleeper sofa in the living room for extra sleeping space.
• Two fully renovated bathrooms with walk-in showers and modern finishes.
• Fully equipped kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee machine, and all necessary pots, pans, dishes, and utensils.
• Large dining table seating six with beautiful lake views.
• Living room with comfortable seating, flat-screen smart TV over a gorgeous stone electric fireplace, and a large picture window showcasing the lake.
• Laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, cleaning tools, and beach towels.

• Private dock with a boat slip and sun deck, perfect for swimming, lounging, or catching a water taxi.

Rough Water Conditions: The breathtaking views are due to our prime location on the main channel, but please be aware that the water can get rough, particularly on weekends or holidays during the busy season. For this reason, we do not recommend tying up any boats or watercraft to the dock during rough water conditions. Swimming and dock use are at your own risk.
Security Cameras: For your security, there is a RING doorbell camera at the front door, and a RING camera on the rear of the house facing the dock. There are no cameras inside the home.
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old AND must be staying at the property. Absolutely no renting on behalf of others. Guest must sign rental agreement.
